Terms of Service
GENERAL◊ I have the right to decline or cancel a commission at any point.
◊Unless you are getting a sketch commission. Do NOT pay me until I send you a PAYPAL INVOICE. You must make your payments that way and it will be done after the final price has been agreed upon.
◊ Payment is done through PayPal only, using USD ($) as the currency, Commissions below $100 must be PAID UP FRONT. Commissions over that, you may pay half up front and then the rest at the end before I send the art files.
◊ The final product is strictly for personal use. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.
You MUST credit and link back to me.
◊ I hold the rights over my commissions. (ex. To post in my galleries and share publicly)
◊ There is a __ fee applies to those who have no reference images and require me to work from descriptions or a collage of images.
◊ The complexity of the subject might affect the final price.
◊ Commissions are not refundable, unless the following occur:
-The commission is not yet finished- you will be refunded the difference of what was not completed.
-The commission has not been started and it has been past 30 days.QUEUE RULES◊ You may request a commission slot if my queue is full, but you cannot have a deadline during this period.
◊ I will contact you once you are next in queue. If there is no response in 36 hours, I will have to move onto the next person in line and move you to the bottom of my queue.CLIENT OBLIGATIONSWhen you commission you agree to the following:
◊ Fill the commission form to the best of your capability
◊ Provide the most accurate references of a single character, try to keep it below 5 images and/or a short paragraph.
◊ Keep conversation to a minimum if it does not relate to the commission. I love you all but I simply can't engage on a more personal level.CLIENT RIGHTS (PERSONAL USE)If you are sharing your commission online, you must use the JPG file with the watermarks. A link or credits is not needed for this reason but it is appreciated. The PNG file is yours for more private use as it is of much higher quality than the web use version. It also helps your case if someone steals the art you share, you will always have the higher quality as proof.YOU MAY ALSO:◊ Crop and resize for any social media use.
◊ Print it for yourself in any way.
◊ Any other personal uses that does not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.
◊ Color uncolored sketch commissions as long as proper credits are given and do not claim the art as yours.(This does need to be linked and credited)You are NOT allowed to:
◊ Paint over my finished work.
◊ Remove my signature or watermark.
◊ Claim it as your work.
◊Use it to profit or monetize from without consent
